Chardonnay/riesling

A crowd-favorite, our most popular wine struts the line between dry and sweet. Aromas of honeysuckle and fresh peaches speak to summertime! The palate is juicy and crisp with flavors of mango and gardenia. The finish is light and refreshing, with a gentle sweetness.

Raptor red

Our signature Bourdeaux-style blend! Medium bodied and excellent with food, this red blend begins with notes of tart cherry and fresh cut cedar. The palate is bright and fruit-forward with flavors of raspberry jam and ripe blackberry. The finish is velvety and supple and boasts notes of oak and vanilla with young and robust tannins.

Barrel Fermented Chardonnay

Our signature white wine begins with aromas of buttered toast, subtle stone fruit and a hint of honey. The palette is bright, yet full, with flavors of popped corn and a gentle acidity. The finish lingers with hints of smoke and butter pecan.
